You may remember, a few weeks ago I had “Wildman Steve Brill” as a guest on “Food Talk.” He is the very passionate ecologist who forages local parks and lakes for natural foods that can be made into dinner. He is the author of Identifying and Harvesting Edible and Medicinal Plants in Wild (And Not So Wild Places) and The Wild Vegetarian Cookbook -- two books on the subject.

Many people have asked where how they can contact him in order to take one of his tours or schedule their own tour (for a field trip, birthday, etc.) Steve has a website called www.wildmanstevebrill.com.
