05/30/2002 Archived Entry: "Cook At Seliano Update!"

The Cook At Seliano class/tour scheduled for the last week in August is almost full. There are still, but just, a few places left.

We are now booking a class/gastronomic tour for the week following Christmas and including celebrations for New Year 2003. Arrival date would be Friday, Dec. 27. We will have a gala New Year’s Eve party and a special New Year’s Day dinner. Departure from Tenuta Seliano is Monday, Jan. 2. The cost is $3,150 a person double occupancy with a $450 supplement for singles, exclusive of air fare.

A winter session is also being scheduled for late February or early March. We have not decided on the exact dates yet.
