04/17/2003 Archived Entry: "Baronessa Cecilia's Television Appearance"

Just a quick note to let you know that my friend and cooking school partner, Baronessa Cecilia Bellelli Baratta, will be featured on Tyler Florence’s new show, “Tyler’s Ultimate,” on the Food Network. Tyler turned to Cecilia for a lesson in making meatballs. You get to see a little of Naples. You get a glimpse of the water buffalo farm where you stay, eat, and cook when you come to Cook At Seliano. You’ll get a sense of Cecila’s great warmth and style. Plus, you’ll learn to make marvelous meatballs.

The show will air three times:

Friday, April 18th at 9:00 p.m., and again at Midnight
Monday, April 21st at 7:30 p.m.
Monday, April 28th at 1:00 p.m.
