02/16/2005 Archived Entry: "Off to Florida -- Both Coasts"

I am off to Florida early tomorrow morning, Thursday. If you are in Tampa or Sarasota, I will be on Good Day Tampa Bay on Friday morning (they say about 8 a.m. or so) – demonstrating Steak Diane.

Saturday night, I will be teaching an Italian-American menu at the Publix on Gunn Highway. I understand there are a few spots left in the class. In any case, I will be at the store at least an hour before class to sign “Arthur Schwartz’s New York City Food.”

While in Sarasota, I am taping segments with Judi Gallagher. Her program, “What’s Cookin,” airs on News Network 6 on Sundays -- many times during the day I understand. And I will be on her radio show, “Cooking in Paradise,” on WIBQ AM, on Tuesday, Feb. 22, at 1 p.m.

Then I am making two personal appearances on the west coast of Florida – in Del Ray Beach and in Boynton Beach. Here’s the schedule. Tell our mutual friends in Florida that I’m coming and that they should come to see me.
